A Construction Manager is required to work on part of a £60million Building Schools for the Future project in Darlington. The client requires an individual to undertake the BSF programmes in a large team; the successful candidate will assist the Project Manager with the delivery of the projects on time and to budget.
The full scheme comprises the construction of four new secondary schools and one new primary school, all to be built on the site of existing schools. The successful candidate will be required to manage ‘on site’ with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, manage health and safety procedures and uphold the standards of our client.
